Zsófia Deák studied English literature and linguistics and art history at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. After her studies she worked as an education and career advisor at EngAme Academy, focusing on talent management and democratic education of high school students and young adults. She has been coordinating the activities of the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Hungary since 2014.
