Zdeňka Lammelová completed her studies at the Faculty of Humanities at the Charles University in Prague with the focus on sociology. She also studied an international master degree in European Studies (Euroculture) at the Faculty of Philosophy  of the Palacký University in Olomouc and the Universtiy Deusto in San Sebastian, Spain. After studies she worked for organizations working in the field of art and culture. She is working as a program coordinator of the program Democracy at the Prague Office of the Heinrich Böll Foundation since 2010.
