
Kateřina Boťová has been working as a Program Manager for Democracy and Foreign & Security programs as well as a Gender Focal Point at the Prague office of Heinrich Böll Stiftung since June 2020. Previously, she worked at the Unit of Foreign Relations of the Czech Government's Office and as a Deputy Head of the project “22% to equality” at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs dealing with gender pay gap. She also worked in the Czech office of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. She studied German and Austrian studies and double-degree Czech-German studies Czech-German studies at the Charles University in Prague. She spent one year at the University of Regensburg and participated in the International Parliamentary Scholarship at the German Bundestag.
