JUDr. Vladimír Handl, CSc. (b. 1957) is a researcher at the Institute for International Relations (Prague) and teaches at the Department of German and Austrian Studies (Institute for International Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University). He focuses mainly on German foreign policy, Czech foreign policy and the transformation of the successor parties to former Communist Parties in Central Europe.
